Intrusive Pig Signaller

Pig signallers are fitted to pig launcher and receiver stations to confirm the launch or arrival of a pig. They can also be at any location along a pipeline to give indication of a pig at a specific location. Also, other pipeline position such as valve stations, bends and tees. They can be used to detect the passage of all types of pigs.

Flag type mechanical pig signaller configuration is made up of mechanical body and indication system. Mechanical body with automatic reset, visual flag indicator with manually reset.

When trigger rotate upward 45 degree, Indicator flag rotate in 90 degree, increments to maximize visibility.

Local or remote reset is available.

Indication type could also be electrical, light, sound, or combination. Position of indicator can be local or remote.

Long stalk extensions can be attached to enable detection of the pigs passage on buried pipelines. All pressure sealing components remain below the extension module.

Applicable pipeline material: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel.

Trigger protruding into the pipeline can be longer than 25 mm.
